Auxiliary
News:
President, Dorothy, is a member for 23 yrs,
and is serving her 4th term this administration.
She has held all committees in the Unit,
and won many Department & National Awards. She is on the
committee for all Unit Fund Raisers, and assists all her committee
chairman!
Pres. Dorothy was honored by her Unit as
Auxiliary Member of the year.
Although Dorothy is handicapped, (she
suffered a stroke a few years ago and uses a walker) nothing
stops her from her dedication to our Veterans...
On a County level:
She was chairman of the following
committees on more then one occasion, VA&R, Field Service, Junior
Activities, National Security, Historian, and Legislation! She won
several Department awards for her County Committee work.
On a Department level:
She was named Auxiliary Member of the year
by the Dept. of NY in 2000.
